Now no limits apart from your imagination
New technology that has only been around for a short while is revolutionising the way the jewellery trade is now making jewellery.
You can now send in your family photo, pictures of pets, or an image of your family home , just about anything you can think of, jewellery is now only limited by your own imagination.
I can convert it into a digital file, transformed into something that my fiber laser engraving machine understands, and it can be engraved into pendants, cuff-links, earrings, anything we can supply.

Innovation like never before
Using your photo as the basis of your personalised design, but letting ai incorporate those little extra details that you could only wish for added in.
A single dolphin on the horizon, a sea lion on the beach a blue whale in the distance
All i need is your instructions and ai will do the rest.
Want it in a plain round frame, a square, a heart, maybe you would like it in an octagon or a triangle, how about with a twisted rope border, or even wording, names dates places , anything is possible
.

Your Artwork converted into a digital file
This technology was not around until very recently , a breakthrough making what was once the most intricate and challenging process, that took highly skilled craftsmanship and tools many hours per engraving, can now be done in half an hour.
It does however require a high spec computer to generate the images, and a sophisticated fiber laser engraving machine to process the designs into metal.
And an understanding of how the technology works, and an eye for detail to produce a quality product, but at a fraction of the price is now affordable to all.
The finishing touches enhanced by hand
When the engraving emerges from the machine, it is raw, the laser burns the metal away layer by layer leaving a charred looking mess.
This requires some gentle refining, some care and attention before it has the desired effect, representing something that closely resemble the work of a hand engraver.
When producing pendants and cuff-links, darkening the background to enhance the detail in the foreground just adds some character and charm, that hand engravers tend not to include, here this is done as standard, and very soon vitreous enamelling could also be available for a colour version.

The end result really is astonishing
This is the very beginning of my jewellery manufacturing career, having been training for 18 months to perfect my process before offering a single item for sale.
Every design is tested, often multiple times in brass, minor adjustments made each time until perfected before engraving into sterling silver 925 sheet material appx 1.5mm thick
To keep the prices down, most of the silver I use is recycled, off-cuts from other work, failures from when I was still learning, or old silver HALLMARKED jewellery I have purchased as scrap added to a little fresh casting grain, melted, poured into an ingot and then rolled flat in my roller mill ( on loan from my mentor ) costs thousands of pounds
